基于虚拟仪器技术的电路板信号检测系统

摘    要:为了帮助维修人员快速检查、定位电路板故障,提高电路板维修的效率,本文提出以虚拟仪器技术为平台,结合CPLD技术、数据库技术和USB总线技术应用于电路板信号检测。能够在脱机条件下产生电路板工作所需要的各种输入信号,同时可以测试电路板输出的信号,并将正确波形进行存储,用以作后续处理。经过实际使用,系统运转正常,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:To help the maintainer quickmy detect and locate the circuit fault and improve the repairing efficiency, this paper introduces a method, which uses the technologies based on the Virtual Instrument technique, integrated the CPLD technique, database technique and the bus technique of USB to the circuit signal detect. In the offline circumstance, the system can produce all kinds of input signals which are essential to the running circuit board, while testing and saving the output signal of circuit board for the following processing. In practical use, the system works appropriately and meets the engineering demand.
