摘 要: | 首先测试分析了山东英利产Lyocell纤维(英赛尔)的结晶度和取向度,证明其具有原纤化所需的内部结构;然后基于原纤化产生的理论条件、方法,力求在外力均匀作用的环境中,使Lyocell纤维及其制品更快、更均匀地产生超细化,分裂出超细纤维且对纤维制品的负面影响最小,最终得到超细化的具体技术方案。结果表明:Lyocell纤维在2.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液中膨润10 min后,经低能槽式超声设备处理30 min或者经高能探头式超声设备处理10 min后,均可有效地超细化,分裂成超细纤维,且超声波处理时间越长,纤维超细化程度越高。低能槽式超声设备方便用于Lyocell纤维织物的超细化处理。

Abstract: | Firstly, the crystallinity and degree of orientation of Lyocell fiber(Incell) supplied from ShandongYingli Industrial Co. Ltd. are tested, to demonstrate that the internal structure can fibrillate. Then based onthe theoretic conditions and methods of fibrillation, an environment of uniform external forces is devoted tofind. Therefore, Lyocell fiber and its products can fibrillate faster and more uniformly, to split into ultrafinefibers. Also it has a less negative impact on fiber products. Finally, the specific technical solutions ofultrafine technology are obtained: after swelling in 2.5 mol/L NaOH for 10 min, Lyocell fiber is dealt withlow energy tank-type ultrasonic equipment for 30 min, or with high energy probe-type ultrasonic device for10 min. Lyocell fiber can be effectively splitted into ultrafine fibers. The longer the ultrasonic treatmentlasts, the higher the degree of ultrafine fiber is. Low energy slot-type ultrasonic equipment is convenient forultrafine processing of Lyocell fabric. |
