PCCP管道阴极保护技术在鄂北地区水资源配置工程中的应用

摘    要:根据鄂北水资源配置工程生产性项目实际特点,从阴极保护的必要性、阴极保护方法的选择、牺牲阳极的类型、牺牲阳极的用量、阴极保护系统的安装方式等方面出发,结合国内外PCCP管道阴极保护成功实例,对试验段内PCCP管道进行了阴极保护设计。结合实际PCCP管道布置情况,对带状锌合金牺牲阳极、电连续性连接和均压电缆的安装进行了介绍。根据设计,对阴极保护系统进行实际安装并对通过试验段内不同位置保护效果进行检测。PCCP管道的保护情况满足设计要求,验证了本项目阴极保护系统安装的有效性。

Abstract:In accordance with the actual characteristics of the productive items in the North Hubei Water Resources Allocation Project,the cathodic protection for the PCCP pipeline in the trail section is designed in combination with the successful cases of cathodic protection for PCCP pipelines at home and abroad from the aspects such as the necessity of cathodic protection,the selection of cathodic protection method,the type of the sacrificial anode,the installation mode of cathodic protection system,etc. Combined with the arrangement of the actual PCCP pipeline,the installations of the ribbon zinc alloy sacrificial anode,the continous electrical connection and the equalizing cable are introduced herein. According to the design,the cathiodic protection system is atually installed,while the protection effects at various locations through the trail section are tested. The protection of the PCCP pipeline can meet the design requirement,and then the effectiveness of the installation of the cathodic protection system is verified as well.
