新型非织造保暖絮片的开发

采用三维卷曲中空涤纶分别与Viloft纤维、珍珠纤维、芦荟纤维、圣麻纤维、木棉纤维,经混合开松、梳理成网、针刺加固制得轻质保暖絮片。对产品进行面密度、厚度、蓬松度、透气、保暖等性能测试,并对比不同原料产品的性能差异,最终开发出含70%木棉纤维和30%三维卷曲中空涤纶的保暖絮片。

The Development of New Nonwoven Warm Wadding

The three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester fiber was mixed respectively with Viloft fiber,pearl fiber,aloe fiber,flax fiber,kapok fiber,by opening and carding,acupuncture reinforcement warm wad-dings were prepared. The areal density,bulkiness,thickness,permeability,warmth retention property weretested,and the performance of different raw material products was compared. The warm wadding with 70% kapok fiber and 30% dimensional crimp hollow polyester was manufactured.
