Al基复合石英光导纤维材料的制备方法

摘    要:采用铸造方法将Al与石英光导纤维进行液固相复合,制成具有一定耐高温、耐腐蚀能力的Al基复合光导纤维及传感器材料.试验结果表明,直径为0.15~0.3 mm的石英光导纤维可以抵抗高温熔融金属液在铸造浇注过程中的冲击,凝固过程的温度急速变化也未对石英光导纤维造成破坏.该方法可制备出矩阵排列的Al基复合光导纤维传感显示材料.

Abstract:Silicon fiber was cast into Al and a new fiber composite with higher heat-resistance and corrosion resistance was obtained. The effects of casting and solidifying of molten metal on fiber were studied, and the result showed that the intense impact of molten metal does not destroy the fiber. The changing of heat-stress also does not affect the fiber greatly. The fiber can be disposed as matrix during casting and the composite can be used as sensor and display apparatus.
