摘    要:综述了茂金属间规聚丙烯(sPP)催化剂及聚合工艺的研究进展;从工业化的角度。对催化剂载体的选择、载体化方法以及聚合工艺实施方法进行了探讨。茂金属sPP结构新颖,性能独特,是一种新型热塑性树脂。具有广阔的应用前景。我国应加快sPP催化剂合成、聚合工艺以及加工性能的研究.尽快实现sPP产业化。

Abstract:The advances in researches on metallocene syndiotactic polypropylene (sPP) catalysts and the corresponding polymerization processes were reviewed. The selection of catalyst supports, supporting method as well as the technologies for implementing the polymerization processes were discussed in the light of industrialization. As a kind of new thermoplastic resin, sPP possesses novel structure and unique properties and thereby exhibits a broad application prospect in many fields. The domestic resin industry is supposed to facilitate the studies on catalyst synthesis, polymerization process and processability of sPP, aimed at accelerating the commercialization of sPP.
