茂金属催化间规聚丙烯聚合工艺研究

摘    要:研究了茂金属催化剂催化丙烯间规聚合的几个重要的反应条件,对影响催化剂聚合活性及聚丙烯分子量的三种物料的用量进行了考察。这三种物料分别是甲基铝氧烷、三乙基铝及氢气,优选出它们的最佳加料量。研究了聚合温度及所用溶剂对聚丙烯间规度的影响;对聚合反应动力学进行了研究,得到了最佳聚合工艺条件。

Abstract:Several important reaction conditions which was used in polymerization of syndiotactic polypropylene(sPP) were studied.The consumption of three reagents which affected polymerizing activity and molecular weight were observed. The three reagents were methylaluminoxane(MAO), triethylaluminum(TEA) and hydrogen. The consumption of the three reagents was optimized. The effects of polymerizing temperature and solvents on syndiotactic grade of sPP were studied. The kinetics of the polymerizing reaction was explored. The optimum conditions for polymerization of sPP were obtained.
