大容量火电机组启动/备用电源引接方式分析

摘    要:近年来,随着电力系统体制改革厂网分开,当由系统就近的220kV(110kV)变电站引接启动/备用电源时,由于交纳容量电费,使得机组启动/备用变压器运行费用增加,引起机组启动/备用电源引接方式发生了较大变化。论述了电厂送出为500kV(330kV)电压时,电厂500kV(330kV)配电装置降压引接启动/备用电源方案的可行性,并就一些工程的应用情况提出意见。

Abstract:Recent years, along with the reform of electric power system, the power plants were separated from power network. When high voltage auxiliary start-up/standby power source is supplied by neighboring 220 kV (110 kV) substation, the running expenses of start-up/standby transformers were largely increased due to paying the transformer's capacity expenses to network. As a result, the connection scheme of start-up/standby power source has a biggish changing. The article discusses the feasibility of the connection which high voltage auxiliary start-up/standby power source is supplied by 500 kV(300 kV) bus of the power plant, when transmission voltage of the power plant is 500 kV(300 kV), and some ideas for practical engineering application are proposed.
