摘    要:针对传统方法很难定量分析磁性槽楔对电机性能影响的缺点,提出采用场-路-运动耦合时步有限元分析磁性槽楔影响的方法.以一台使用磁性槽楔的710 kW的高压感应电机为例,通过建立二维瞬态场数学模型,准确计算了气隙磁密分布、槽漏抗及附加损耗等电磁量,并在此基础上,深入分析磁性槽楔相对磁导率的变化对电机电磁参数、相电流、转矩和径向电磁力等的影响.计算结果表明,磁性槽楔可以有效减小气隙磁密中的谐波含量,降低表面损耗和径向电磁力波.

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of being difficult to quantitativly analyze the effects of magnetic slot wedge on motor performance with traditional methods,a field-circuit-motion coupled FEM is proposed as a method to analyze the effects of magnetic slot wedge.Taking a 710 kW high voltage motor with magnetic slot wedge for example,the air-gap flux density,slot leakage reactance and extra losses were calculated accurately by using 2-D transient mathematical model of the motor.The influences of permeability of magnetic slot wedge on electromagnetic parameters,phase currents,torque-speed characteristics and electromagnetic forces were analyzed in depth.The results show that the magnetic wedge can reduce the harmonic of air-gap flux density effectively,the surface losses and radial electromagnetic forces.
