| 摘 要： | 自20世纪60年代以来，韩国根据本国经济发展的需要，不断的调整其产业政策，使原本贫穷落后的农业国一跃成为一个新兴工业国，创造了令人瞩目的奇迹，虽然在1997年的金融危机中受到重创，但经过调整与改革又迅速走上了经济复兴之路．本文将详细论述韩国的产业政策的经验与教训，从而为我国制定合理的产业政策提供参考．
