略论西方饮食文化对民国成都的影响

民国时期特别是抗战以后,成都开始受到西方饮食文化较为明显的影响。这种影响主要表现为西方近代食品工业产品较为普遍地进入成都人的日常饮食之中,大大丰富了成都人的副食种类;西餐馆在成都的发展使成都餐饮业增添了新的行业形态;成都人开始逐步接受西方的现代饮食营养和饮食卫生观念。西方饮食文化的传播推动了成都人饮食生活的近代转型。

The Influence of Western Culinary Culture on Chengdu in the Period of the Republic of China

In the years of the Republic of China,especially after the Anti-Japanese War,the influence of western cuisine began to make its way into Chengdu,which could be seen in the popularity of the western-manufactured food products flooding into Chengdu.Western restaurants started their development in Chengdu,adding to the diversity of Chengdu catering businesses.Chengduers also began to accept the modern nutrition and hygiene theories of the West.The spread of the western cuisine culture helped to promote the conversion of Chengdu＇s contemporary dietary life.
