打印机端盖热流道注射模设计

摘    要:分析了某打印机左、右端盖成型工艺,介绍了左、右端盖热流道注射模结构,为成型塑件外侧倒扣和4处内侧倒扣,模具采用了分体式斜推杆结构,其中一个斜推杆上还增设了横向推杆。模具侧向抽芯机构新颖,抽芯动作稳定可靠,冷却系统设计合理,可为类似塑件的注射模设计提供参考。

Abstract:The molding process of a printer cover was analyzed and the injection mould structure was introduced. In order to form the lateral buckles and the 4 inner buckles, a split-type slanted pushing rod was adopted in the mould, with a txansverse pushing rod in one of the slanted rods. The side core pulling mechanism is novel and the pulling is reliable.
