| 摘 要： | 提出一种弹药步进应力加速寿命试验数据处理的方法。假设产品寿命为一特定分布 ,用极大似然法估计分布参数 ,并求出正常贮存条件下的贮存寿命。最后对某无线电引信的试验数据进行了处理 ,证明了方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | A data processing method which can be used in ammunition stepstress accelerated life tests is put forward in this paper. Supposing product life to be a specific distribution, we can estimate distribution parameters by using maximum likelihood estimation. Finally, the test data of a certain radio fuze is processed and the results obtained have proved the feasibility of this method. |
