摘    要:为了解决海上注聚过程中平台空间狭小及承载有限的矛盾,提出了通过增大胶团的比表面积加速聚合物熟化过程的在线熟化技术。在室内试验中,首先采用光学显微镜照相和胶团称重法对驱油用疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4的溶胀-熟化过程及规律进行了研究,然后对胶团直径与溶解速度的关系进行了理论分析,提出并实验验证了对溶胀胶团进行强制切割能够促进AP-P4溶解的技术思路,最后设计并制作了室内实验装置,研究了循环过滤次数与AP-P4母液黏度之间的关系。室内研究表明:AP-P4的溶胀胶团表现为有限溶胀的特点,利用管线中筛网对溶胀胶团的强制切割作用可以代替机械搅拌的熟化作用,使整个溶解时间缩短50%以上。

Abstract:As the space of offshore platform is narrow and its bearing capacity is limited, a new polymer dissolution technology, on-line curing, is brought forward that dissolution velocity can be greatly accelerated by increasing specific surface area of polymer swelling-particles. The swelling and curing process of hydrophobically associating polymer AP-P4, as well as its rule, have been studied by micrography and weighting of swelling-particles in the lab. The relation between diameter of swelling-particle and dissolution velocity of AP-P4 was discussed theoretically. A technical assumption that compulsive shearing on swelling-particles can improve the dissolution velocity of AP-P4 was brought forward and proved by laboratory experiments. A set of on-line curing testing device has been developed, and the relation between times of cyclic filtrating and viscosity of AP-P4 mother liquor has been studied. The Experimental results show that the swelling-particles of AP-P4 has the characteristics of limited swelling, and mechanical-stirring curing in curing-tank can be replaced by on-line curing due to the compulsive shearing and cutting effects of screen mat in pipeline. At the same time, the total dissolution time can be reduced over 50.
