大直径灌注桩完整性检测方法的综合运用

摘    要:对目前大直径灌注桩完整性检测方法进行了介绍,以中山市某工程的实测结果为依据,分析了低应变法、高应变法和声波透射法在检测桩身完整性时各自存在的缺点和不足:低应变法的宽脉冲会掩盖桩顶附近的缺陷,对桩底及以下土层难以分析;声波透射法由于埋管限制无法检测到桩底持力层及桩身是否扩径;高应变法对桩身浅部缺陷的判定存在盲区,且无法界...

Abstract:Integrity testing methods of the present large-diameter filling pile are introduced.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies of low-strain,high-strain and acoustic transmission method in the detection when detecting pile structural integrity which is based on the actual measurement results of one project in Zhongshan city.Wide pulse of low-strain method will cover up the defect near the top of pile,and it is difficult to analyze the bottom of the pile and the soil below.It can not be detected pile bottom force-hearing layer and pile expanding diameter or not because of the limit of tube in acoustic transmission method.There is blind area of decision to defect of shallow part of pile in high strain method and the scope of defects will show in the indefiniteness.On the base of it,integrated application of many integrity testing methods for large-diameter filling pile is propounded.
