| 摘 要： | 新时期安全生产的特点对企业安全生产管理提出了新的要求。对莱钢安全管理工作取得的主要经验进行了认真分析和总结,对存在的问题与不足进行了辨识和剖析,并应用安全系统工程的思路和方法,提出莱钢在新形势下应建立健全自我调节、自我完善的安全生产长效管理机制,使安全生产态势处于可控状态,实现安全生产长治久安。

| Abstract: | The character of safe production in new stage gives the new requirement for safe production and management of enterprise.In this article,the main experience achieved in the safe management in Laigang is analyzed and summarized carefully,and also the problems the problems and deficiency during safe management are distinguished and analyzed.And adopting the thought and method of safe system project,the author puts forward the measures to establish long-term efficiency system of safe production in new stage in Laigang,and that Laigang should establish the long-term safety management system of self-adjustment and self-improvement,so the safe production can be in control situation and long-term safety production can also be realized. |
