SiC微粒对Ni-P合金刷镀层表面形貌和结构的影响

摘    要:为了改善Ni-P合金刷镀层表面的完整性,提高刷镀层的耐腐蚀和抗氧化等性能,实验采用电刷镀技术制备了Ni-P合金和SiC/Ni-P复合刷镀层.通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射能谱仪等观察和测试了两种刷镀层的表面形貌和结构,探讨了SiC微粒对Ni-P合金刷镀层表面形貌和镀层结构的影响.实验结果表明:SiC微粒影响着刷镀层的沉积和生长过程,细化了刷镀层的晶粒,减少了Ni-P合金刷镀层表面的微裂纹,提高了刷镀层的致密度.但SiC微粒并没有改变Ni-P合金刷镀层的非晶态结构,SiC/Ni-P复合刷镀层仍以非晶态为主.

Abstract:To improve the surface integrality, increase the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of Ni-P brush plating coatings, the SiC/Ni-P composite coatings are obtained by brush plating technique. The surface morphology and microstructure of the two kinds of brush plating coatings are observed with metalloscope, SEM and XRD, the effect of SiC particle on the surface morphology and microstructure of Ni-P alloy brush plating coatings is discussed. These test results show that SiC particle can affect the deposition and growth process, make crystalline be refiner, reduce microscopic crack and improve compactness of Ni-P alloy brush plating coatings, but it does not change the amorphous structure of Ni-P alloy brush plating coatings, and the main structure of SiC/Ni-P brush plating coatings is still amorphous.
