摘    要:目前,全球出版业正在经历一场深刻的数字化转型.由于出版业赖以生存的基础技术发生革命性变化,引起传统出版方式走向基于网络协同的多媒体出版生产方式.通过考察数字媒体应用引起的产业结构、市场结构、学科结构以及出版人才知识结构变化,多角度分析出版传播人才培养所面临的新挑战,提出应关注新媒体与数字出版,实现培养具备海量信息资源的汇聚、识别与定制信息能力的数字出版人才的新目标,以满足传统出版商向内容服务运营商转型的人才市场需求.

Abstract:At present, the global publishing business is going through a profound digitization transition. The revolu-tionary changes are taking place in the basic technology, on which the publishing industry depends for existence, which turns the traditional way of publication into the multimedia way of production, which is based on network coordination. The paper has investigated such changes as the industrial structure, the market structure, the discipline structure, and the knowledge structure of publishing talents in the application of the digital media. Analyzing the contemporary new challenge concerning the education of talents in publishing and communication, we propose that the education of the undergraduate course of news dissemination of the institute should pay close attention to the new media and digital publishing. The education should make a reservation and propagation in the relevant field found in the digital publishing. It should realize the new goal of personnel training of digital publishing in such information ability as assembling, discernment, and customizing the publishing of the information resources of magnanimity, etc. , in order to meet the market demand of talents that a traditional publisher utilizes to transform the service provider of the content.
