基于人眼视觉特性的焊缝X射线图像辅助判读系统

摘    要:目前,X射线焊缝检测主要采用人工判读X射线胶片的方式,可靠度差,效率低。介绍了一种焊缝X射线图像辅助判读系统,它采用基于人眼视觉特性的图像处理算法,对数字化后的胶片图像进行处理,增强其视觉效果,帮助评片,同时还增加了图像数据库存储检索功能。相关试验结果表明,该方法对难以识别的焊缝图像有较好效果,有助于焊缝缺陷的检测。

Abstract:A computer aided evaluation system was presented, which improved the image quality for the detection of defects in X-ray images of welding seams. Image enhance algorithm based on human eye properties and a data base were applied to the system. The results of our experiments indicated that this system was helpful for the detection of defects in welding seams.
