摘    要:对SCM435低合金冷镦钢盘条冷镦开裂的原因进行了分析,结果表明,钢中夹杂物、晶粒度、控轧控冷工艺和表面质量是影响冷镦钢冷镦性能的主要因素。基于上述分析结果,有针对性地提出了相应的控制措施,使开裂率明显降低,冷镦性能得到了改善。

Abstract:The article analyzed the cracking reason of SCM435 low alloy cold-upsetting steel, and pointed out that inclusions, crystalloid, roiling & cooling control and surfice quality are four major factors, which affects the cold-upsetting performance of cold-upsetting steel. Based on analysis mentioned above, corresponding control measures are proposed. As a result, cracking is reduced sharply and cold-upsetting performance is improved.
