盐穴储气库采气过程甲醇注入量的分析

摘    要:盐穴储气库是利用地下较厚的盐层,通过水溶造腔的方式,形成的腔体。由于腔体底端的卤水无法全部排出,采出的天然气处于含水饱和状态,有时甚至含有游离水。在连续采气的过程中,在一定的温度和压力下,就需要在井口对含水的天然气注入水合物抑制剂—甲醇。甲醇的注入量与诸多因素有关,针对多种因素的影响,需要对甲醇的注入量进行综合分析,分析的结论对盐穴储气库的生产运行具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Cavern gas storage is formed by drilling and water circular melting salt in underground salt bed. Due to the bittern water at bottom of cavern, natural gas of recovering is saturated, even containing free water. During the gas recovery, hydrate inhibitor-methanol is injected under certain temperature and pressure. Amount of injected methanol is effected by many factors. According to these factors of comprehensive analysis, obtaining the conclusion of methanol's amount has certain significance in practical production.
