摘    要:通过对20MnMo锻件管板带极堆焊304L的焊接试验及生产应用的研究,得出带极堆焊时合理选择过渡层焊接材料及堆焊各层的工艺规范参数是减小堆焊层合金元素稀释率、控制铁索体含量及保证堆焊质量的关键。

Abstract:Based on the welding test and production applications on the belt built up welding 304 L to the 20MnMo forging pipe steel,it is expounded that the key to guarantee the welding quality,reduce the alloy element dilution ratio of the built-up welding and control ferrite content is the reasonable choice of the transitional layer welding material and process parameters.
