| Abstract: | It is pointed out that to EPC contractors,the advantages of cost control lie in the direct control of the cost standard,amount and single price of the unit which affect the cost estimate of the unit.Control principles of full-crew capitalization,standardization,subdivision,quantization and dynamic control were put forward.Control strategies for overall control of project and material amount and separate control of price were introduced.Cost control advantages in EPC construction were also discussed. |
