燃气泄漏对火药燃气多活塞抛撒的影响研究

摘    要:针对子母弹火药燃气多活塞抛撒的设计问题,文中以经典内弹道模型为基础,结合流量模型,将子母弹火药燃气多活塞抛撒过程划分为3个阶段,建立了考虑燃气泄漏的火药燃气多活塞抛撒内弹道数学模型.以某子母弹抛撒结构为例,分析了燃气泄漏参数对子母弹火药燃气多活塞抛撒过程的影响规律,并对火药燃气多活塞抛撒结构工程设计中的泄漏面积提出了控制建议,为火药燃气多活塞抛撒结构工程设计提供参考.

Abstract:Based on classical interior ballistic theory and flow model, the design of the mutiple pistons pulled by powder gas for submunition dispersion was investigated.The projection process of shrapnel gas multi piston was divided into three stages, and the interior trajectory mathematical model of gas multi piston projection considering gas leakage was established.Take a shrapnel projection structure as an example, the influence of gas leakage parameter on the projection process of shrapnel gas multi piston, and suggestion was put forward that area of gas leak of pistons should be strictly limited, to provide the reference for the propellant gas multi piston throwing structure engineering design.
