无机胶叠合木梁性能的试验研究

摘    要:由于能源危机和国家和社会可持续发展的要求,有节能环保等特点的现代木结构建筑迅速发展.基于氯化镁无机胶价格低,耐高温等特点,将其应用到木结构建筑中.开展了6个木材胶缝顺纹和横纹的抗剪强度试验,研究了木结构中氯化镁无机胶的胶合能力,并进行了相同条件下普通木梁和无机胶叠合木梁抗弯性能的对比试验研究,得到了试件受弯状态下的破坏形态和机理.结果表明:木材胶缝顺纹剪切强度约为木材胶缝横纹剪切强度的5.1倍;无机胶叠合木梁受弯破坏呈脆性特征;结构胶对叠合木梁的各部分协同工作起关键作用.

Abstract:Because of the energy crisis and the national and social requirements of sustainable development,the wood-structure building which has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection develops rapidly.Magnesium chloride inorganic glue is applied to timber structures for its characteristc of low price and high temperature resistance.The paper tests the bonding capacity of magnesium chloride inorganic glue through the six shear strength tests which includes parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain,studies the flexural behavior which consists of two test specimen,and analyzes the failure mode and mechanism under the state of the bending.The results show:the shear strength of longitudinal timber is much better than cross the grain ; the bending failure of composite beams is brittle failure; the glue plays a vital role in working together for composite beam.
