对法学专业课程三大模块的缺陷进行了分析,并对相应的解决方法进行了探讨.专业课程模块以课程设置的缺陷最为突出,表现为必修课设置的生搬硬套和选修课设置的因人设课;公共课程模块以教学过程的改革最为急迫,须切实改变公共课程教学过程低效;实践课程模块的主要问题是课程考核没有真正发挥作用,亟需改革考核评价的方法、标准和主体.本研究对探索一般高校法学专业的健康发展提供了新的思路.

The Curriculum of the Law Major in Ordinary Colleges

To improve the quality of the Law Major in Ordinary Colleges, its curriculum structure must be made better. The shortcoming of professional courses lies in course-arrangement, the outstanding problem of common courses is ineffective teaching process, and the prominent defect of practical courses consisit in examination system. The right direction must be made to develop a scientific curriculum.
