直埋供热管道转角处弯管段受力分析

摘    要:结合目前直埋供热管道转角处弯头部位附近发生破坏漏水等问题,采用具备符合直埋供热管道受力特点的接触面单元的ANSYS程序对弯管段进行了受力与位移的数值模拟,分析了弯头夹角等因素对最大应力σ_(max)的影响,揭示了弯头部位易破裂的原因.通过实测与理论分析的对比,得出了一系列对直埋供热管道转角处弯管段的设计和施工有重要参考价值的结论.

Abstract:Owing to the leakage of the elbow section of buried heating pipe, numerical simulation of stresses and displacement of elbow section of pipe is made with the program ANSYS with contact surface element, in which the influence of included angle of elbow angle and so forth on the maximum stress in the elbow section is analyzed, and the cause of crack which often occurs in the elbow section is illustrated. By comparison of theoretical analysis with in-situ measurement, a series of conclusions which are of great value to design and construction are drawn.
