CTA加氢精制单元结晶器系统能量评估及优化

摘    要:
基于闪蒸结晶原理,对三井专利技术的PTA装置加氢精制单元连续结晶器系统进行了分析,建立了该系统的能量评估模型,模型能很好地表征四级连续结晶器的闪蒸汽量。基于结晶器系统模型,对各级结晶器闪蒸汽量进行了评估,并以此对结晶器系统的工艺操作条件进行了优化,合理分配和利用了各级结晶器闪蒸汽。

Abstract:
Based on the flash crystallography principle,analysis was carried out on the Mitsui patent technology of PTA plant hydrofining unit continuous crystallizer system.An energy evaluation model which can well characterize the flash steam amount of the four level continuous crystallizer was established.According to the crystallizer system model,the flash steam amount of each level crystallizer was evaluated.The process operation conditions of the crystallizer system were optimized.Each level crystallizer flash steam was reasonable distributed and used.
