| 摘 要： | 利用Pro/M对注塑机机械手的横梁进行有限元分析,计算出横梁的变形量,不仅对设计产品的性能进行了理论验证,也为以后的优化设计、灵敏度分析提供了依据。同时将加载好载荷和约束的模型导入到ANSYS中进行计算,通过两种不同单元网格划分的有限元分析软件的比较,得出了高阶单元和低阶线性单元在收敛方式上的差异。

| Abstract: | Through Pro/M,the finite element analysis of the beam of manipulator for injection molding machine is carried out and the deformation of the beam is got.These not only validate the designed product's performance theoretically,but also provide basis for the following optimization design and sensitivity analysis.At the same time,the model with load and constraint is imported into ANSYS and calculated.Through comparing two kinds of finite element analysis softwares with different meshing,we get the differences... |
