摘    要:介绍了一套以89C52单片机为核心,联合编码器和推拉电磁铁实现探测头自动更换的系统。以超声波作为检测信号源,采用探测头与探测头夹具配合以适应不同直径的回转体工件的检测要求,同时解决了传统检测控制系统中探测头更换与高精度定位的矛盾。

Abstract:An automatic detection head replacement system is introduced in the paper.The system makes use of AT89C52 microcontroller,joint encoders and solenoid.The ultrasonic signal is used as the source signal of the detection,and probes and probe head fixture are used to meet the testing requirements of the revolving workpiece with different diameters,thus resolving the difficulty of traditional control system with high-precision positioning and replacement.
