侧挂式主轴系统热特性仿真分析

摘    要:以昆明机床股份有限公司某型精密卧式加工中心的主轴及主轴箱为研究对象,采用有限元方法对不同工况下主轴及主轴箱的瞬态温度场和热变形进行了仿真计算,得到了相应的热误差,并分析了主轴转速和镗杆伸出长度对主轴系统热误差的影响。
