首件制在港口湾水库灌区工程中的应用

为提升水利工程建设质量管理水平，实行首件制质量管理很有必要。本文以港口湾水库灌区工程混凝土渡槽槽身预制和水闸现浇混凝土底板为例，分析首件制在水利工程中的管理模式、应用流程，通过首件工程选定、施工准备、工序实施、检查与纠偏、验收与评价等流程开展首件制质量控制。结果表明，首件制的实行，可以改进、完善施工工艺，有效提升工程质量。

Application of first-piece system production in the Gangkouwan Reservoir Irrigation Area project

In order to improve the quality management level of water project construction, it is necessary to implement the first-piece quality management. Taking the precast concrete aqueduct body and cast-in-place concrete component sluice floor of Gangkouwan Reservoir Irrigation Area project as an example, this paper analyzes the management mode and application process of the first-piece system in water conservancy projects, and carries out the quality control of the first-piece system through the selection of the first-piece object, construction preparation, process implementation, inspection and correction, acceptance and evaluation. The results show that the implementation of the first piece system can improve and perfect the construction technology and effectively improve the quality of the project.
