插齿刀重磨及重磨时调整方法分析

摘    要:
从展成刀具切削面形成入手,根据重磨时保持形状和尺寸不变的原则,建立了切削部分的模型,分析了刀具安装参数对刃磨及刀具使用的影响,以插齿刀为例,分别论述了以刀具后面,前面及任意面为基准实现刃磨时调整原理和方法,并附有图例.得到了展成刀具结构和具体生产条件,选择适当的调整方法,可保证满足刀具重磨要求.

Abstract:
Starting with the formation of expanding tool cutting face, the author establishes the model of cutting part and analyses the influence upon cutter sharpening and tool application by tool installation parameter according to the principle to retain the unaltered shape and size while refacing in the article. Taking the gear shape cutter as example, the author respectively discourses upon the regulation principle and method by taking back, front and arbitrary section of the tool as the benchmark while cutter sharpening with illustrations. Thus the structure and concrete production condition of expanding tool have been obtained to meet the refacing demands for the expanding tool by choosing suitable regulation methods.
