摘 要: | 设计了一种新型上料机,对其升降装置进行运动学和动力学分析,运用计算机仿真技术进行运动仿真。根据分析结果,提出改善升降速度的有效方法。同时,为新型上料机升降装置的设计提供了理论支持,并最终体现在上料机中水平驱动的选择和参数设计等方面。

Design of lifting mechanism of a new feeding machine |

Abstract: | This paper covers design of a new feeding machine,especially design of its lifting mechanism.Kinematics and dynamics analysis of the lifting mechanism and then the movement simulation is conducted,and the solution to obtaining smooth lifting velocity is proposed based on the analysis results.The paper provides a theoretical basis for design of the lifting mechanism,and thus selection of horizontal drive of the feeding machine and the related parameter design. |
