| 摘 要： | 轮式装载机脚制动系基本都采用气顶油，钳盘式制动器，本文介绍了轮式装载机脚制动系的工作原理，分析了钳盘式制动器的制动力矩与整机制动所需制动力矩和整机能够产生的制动力矩之间的关系，确定了最佳制动工况下，选择制动系数和结构的方法。

| Abstract: | Air-over-oil disk brakes are generally adopted in foot-operated braking system on wheel loaders. The operating principle of foot-operated braking system is introduced in this paper and the relationship between the brake torque that main machine is capable to produce and the brake torque demanded by the mainmachine is studied. A method for the selection of braking system parameters and design under optimum braking conditions is deter mined. |
