发动机正时链波动与冲击特性

摘    要:在发动机正时机构的齿形链传动中,由于存在多边形效应,链条中心线上下波动,链板啮入轮齿时存在啮入冲击.通过Pro/Engineer建立了标准链条与直线齿廓和渐开线齿廓链轮啮合传动模型,基于多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件实现了模型在高转速时的动态仿真分析,结果表明在中低转速时直线齿廓链轮可降低链条波动,转速相同时链条与渐开线链轮啮合接触力较直线链轮低.

Abstract:In the process of the silent chain drive used as the timing transmission in motor, the chain always suffers from meshing impact and waving for polygon action. The meshing models of conventional and involute chain drive are built by Pro/Engineer. The high-speed dynamic simulation and analyses of the models are achieved based on ADAMS. The results show that the fluctuation range of the normative chain drive is lower at medium speed, and the meshing impact force of the involute tooth profile sprocket is lower than the conventional sprocket.
