| 摘 要： | 针对高校人事信息管理系统,利用基于粗集相容关系的分配约简遗传算法,设计了高校人事不完备信息系统的知识获取模型,并在Delphi下结合Access数据库,对高校人事不完备信息系统进行数据挖掘,以找到造成高校人才外流的主要因素,为领导决策提供依据.

| Abstract: | A knowledge acquisition model for the incomplete personnel information systems of the university on the basis of the tolerance relation assignment reduction using GA is designed,it is developed with Access data- base on the Delphi.The purpose of data mining on incomplete personnel information systems is to find the main reason of the brain-drainning problems,and the model will provide reference for the policy decision. |
