摘    要:用介孔载体负载磷钨杂多酸作催化剂,在微波辐射下催化合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,考察了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、催化剂种类、原料配比、催化剂用量对产率的影响。实验表明:当微波辐射输出功率为600W,反应温度为80℃,辐射时间为10 m in,催化剂用量约为反应物总质量的2%,n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,产率可达75.61%。

Abstract:Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized under microwave irradiation with phosphotungstic heteropolyacid loaded on mesoporous framework of MCM-48 as catalyst. The influence of power and time of microwave irradiation, reactant recipes, the amount and the variety of catalyst on the product yield was investigated. The experimental results showed that when microwave irradiation power and time were 600 W and 10 min, a yield of75.61% for benzaldehyde glycol acetal could be obtained with 2% catalyst and the molar ratio of benzaldehyde/glycol = 1/1. 5 at temperature 80℃.
