| 摘 要： | 互联网改变了人们通信的方式,使传统固网通信需求被进一步分流.语音业务的低值化已经成为趋势,固网运营商必须转型.不仅只是受限于政策,固网运营商在转型过程还面临自身战略定位和运营模式的转变.本文尝试从行业发展趋势识别固网运营商的核心能力,对其转型中的关键问题进行研究.作者认为,未来运营商的运营模式将从语音运营模式转变为整合运营模式.

| Abstract: | Internet has changed the mode of communication, and it also has much influence on traditional fixed telecom service . The value of voice has been keeping decline, which leads to the necessity of transition for fixed-line carrier. Not only restricted by the policy, those fixed-line carriers also need redesign their strategy and operation mode. This paper try to discern the core capability of the fixed-line carriers by understanding the industry trend, then to study some key problems of the transition. In the paper, we find that the business mode of those traditional fixed-line carriers will change to integrated operation mode from traditional voice operation mode. |
