摘    要:对山东城建学院被动式超低能耗实验实训中心项目进行介绍。首先介绍了德国被动房的定义及技术特征,以及中国被动式超低能耗绿色建筑技术体系的发展情况。山东城建学院被动式超低能耗实验实训中心项目是山东省首批被动式超低能耗示范项目中面积最大、功能最复杂的示范项目。就本项目的被动式超低能耗建筑方案设计、被动式超低能耗建筑节点设计、被动式超低能耗建筑机电系统3个方面,详细介绍了示范项目的设计理念,本项目的设计经验将对国内类似项目的设计提供参考。

Design of the Passive Low-energy Demonstrative Project of Shandong Chengjian College
Abstract:The passive low-energy demonstrative project of Shandong Chengjian College is presented. The Passive House in Germany and Chinese passive low-energy green building are introduced as the back-ground of the demonstrative project. This project is the most complex and the largest project in the first batch of demonstrative buildings with passive low-energy techniques in Shandong province. The principle and method that was adopted by the architectural design, detailed design and mechanical system design of the project are explained. The experience acquired from the demonstrative project provides valuable input for the further development of the Chinese passive low-energy building technologies.
