基于BP神经网络PID控制在热力站的应用

摘    要:热力站的换热器是一个非线性、时变的控制系统。常规的PID控制对热力站是不能达到较好的控制效果,于是提出了基于BP神经网络的智能PID控制方法对热力站控制。本文在介绍了BP神经网络模型的基础上,使用基于BP算法的PID控制器对热力站的换热器进行优化和整合,实现了对PID参数的在线调整,并使神经网络的学习和收敛速度加快,结果表明,采用神经网络PID控制对非线性系统及其参数有良好的整定,具有更好的适应性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:Centralized heating system is a non-linear,time variable,high step system ,so the traditional PID control can't get good controlling performance for the Centralized heating system.. Proposed an intelligent PID control method based on BP neural network to control the system,to use PID cont-roller based on BP algorithm to optimize the system,realize the real time adjustment of the PID parameters,and accelerate the neural network learning convergence. The result shows that PID based on BP algorithm in the nonlinear control system for its tuning parameter has a good effect and possesses great adaptability and robustness..
