| 摘 要： | 介绍了QMG-01型保护剂的作用机理和在齐鲁石化公司第二化肥厂100 kt/a甲醇装置的工业应用。结果表明，该保护剂性能良好，脱Fe(CO)5、Ni(CO)4能力强，对下游甲醇催化剂可起到有效的保护作用，提高了甲醇质量。该保护剂价格低廉，使用方法简单，无特殊的使用要求。

| Abstract: | Mechanism and application of QMG-01 guard agent for protection of methanol synthesis catalyst in an methanol plant was described. The application showed that QMG-01 guard agent exhibited high Fe(CO)5 and Ni(CO)4 removal capacity. The agent is also featured by low cost and ease in operation. |
