煤的挥发份组分对NOx和SOx排放的影响

摘    要:在煤的燃烧过程中,NOX和SOX的形成大部分来源于挥发份的燃烧。对于不同的煤种,其挥发份的含量和组分是不同的。本文专门研究了煤的挥发份在富氧燃烧条件下,不同挥发份组分对NOX和SOX形成与排放的影响。通过基于化学反应动力学机理的模型计算发现,在不同组分的挥发份燃烧过程中,NOX和SOX的形成规律相似,但在煤的含氮量和含硫量相同的条件下,NOX和SOX的排放量受挥发份组分的影响较大,其排放量与燃料的

Abstract:A great quantity of NO x and SO x is formed from combustion of coal volatiles in combustion of coal.Contents and compositions of coal volatiles are variable for different coals.This paper studied influence of different volatiles compositions on NO x and SO x emissions in coal combustion under rich oxygen.Through calculation based on chemical reaction mechanism it is found that dynamics of NO x and SO x formation are similar,but compositions of coal volatiles influence to NO x and SO x emissions to a great extent.A good regularity exists between NO x and SO x yields and some of characteristic parameters of fuel.
