电动汽车用无刷直流电机控制器设计

摘    要:针对四轮独立驱动电动汽车所用电机须调速性好、可靠性高的特点,从工程应用出发,设计一种以dsPIC及MC33035为核心的无刷直流电机控制器。阐述控制方案及工作原理,给出了硬件电路组成和调速方法。把该控制器运用到自行研制的四轮独立驱动电动汽车上进行测试,其结果表明,该控制器不仅具有响应速度快、调速性能好和稳定性高的特点,而且开发成本低,具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:Based on dsPIC and MC33035, a kind of controller is designed for brushless dc motor with good speed regulating and high reliability, which is used in electric car with four-wheel independent drive. The control plan and operating principle are outlined, and the corresponding hardware circuit structure and speed regulation method are introduced. The controller was applied to test self-developed electric car with four-wheel independent drive. The results indicate that the controller have characteristics of fast response, good speed control performance and high stability with low cost and extensive application.
