| 摘 要： | 本文针对网络技术的快速发展及应用情况，阐述了B／S／S三层网络模型，提出了一种新的应用思路，即基于Web技术构建物业MIS系统模型，着重对该模型作了详细的论述和分析，并介绍了系统的实现方式。
