| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了WebGIS的特点及其主要实现形式，介绍如何使用ATL开发基于MapGi库的COM组件，提出使用基于MapGis库的COM组件与ASP进行开发的基本方法，以供水管网信息系统为例，实现WebGIS的具体应用。
