| 摘 要： | 目前，国内各银行的电子支付系统基本上都是用SSL＋HASH方式实现的，其最大的问题是各个银行的电子支付系统彼此互不兼容。为此本文提出了通用电子支付系统的要领，并用Java实现了一个通用电子支付系统的原型。

| Abstract: | At the present time,most of banks' Electronic Payment Systems are constructed with technics of SSL+HASH.The most problem is that they are all uncompatible to the others.Aimed at the question,this thesis presents the concept of the Universal Electronic Payment System,and accomplishes a prototype of Universal Electronic Payment System. |
