The effects of second heat-setting on the performance of Nylon precision extrusion profiles

This article main researched that the effect of performance of the Nylon product through second heat-setting. By comparison we discovered the second hest-setting technology may evidently improve the Nylon products surface flatness,mechanical property and water absorption. Therefore second heat-setting technology is an effective technique which could increase product performance of precision extrusion, and then could improve the product use and commercial value.
