免烧粉煤灰建筑陶粒的研制

摘    要:介绍了用热电厂废渣粉煤灰生产免烧粉煤灰建筑陶粒的研究.提出了利用有关化学物质对粉煤灰的潜水硬性进行激发,并配以一定的其他材料可使粉煤灰制成的球粒在自然养护或低热蒸汽养护下产生强度,代替高耗能烧结法生产建筑陶粒的方法.

Abstract:This article introduces the research of producing non burning flyash building ceramisite using the wastes from power plants. A way of promoting the hydraulicity of flyash is developed by using certain chemicals. Add a certain amount of other substances to strengthen the flyash grains while being cured under normal conditions or in low temperature steam. This method is a good substitute for producing building ceramisite by high energy consumption sintering process.
