摘    要:为改变国内针对蜗轮滚削加工的研发大多基于国外数控系统的局面,在国产数控系统上建立相应的蜗轮滚切加工系统软件。在分析六轴四联动数控滚齿机齿轮滚切加工工艺的基础上,建立滚刀轴和各进给轴运动关系模型;基于华中HNC-848数控系统开放的上下位机体系结构,利用开放的APP接口函数进行蜗轮加工专用软件界面及功能二次开发;设计用户宏变量,编制蜗轮滚切加工宏程序,实现了蜗轮径向和切向滚切加工,蜗轮加工精度达到国标3级。结果表明:基于国产数控系统开发的蜗轮加工软件,操作简便、适用性强,满足数控蜗轮加工机床需求,为国产数控系统二次开发提供了一套实用的方法

Abstract:In order to change the condition that domestic research and development for worm wheel hobbing processing mostly base on foreign CNC system, the corresponding worm wheel hobbing processing system software was established on the domestic CNC system. Based on the analysis of the gear hobbing process of the six axis four link CNC hobbing machine, the motion relationship model between the hob axis and each feed axis was established; in view of the open upper and lower machine architecture of Huazhong HNC-848 CNC system, the software interface and function secondary development of worm gear processing were carried out by using the open APP interface function; the user macro variables were designed, the hobbing processing macro program was programmed, the radial and tangential hobbing processing of the worm wheel were realized, and the precision of the worm wheel experimentally processed reached the national standard level 3. The results show that the worm gear processing software developed based on the domestic CNC system is easy to operate and has strong applicability. It meets the requirements of CNC worm gear processing machine tools and provides a practical method for the secondary development of domestic CNC system
